Mission Statement

              After completing his education, Mr. Gullette returned to his hometown of Nicholasville, Kentucky to start his solo practice.  As a solo practitioner, Mr. Gullette handled a wide range of matters from wrongful death and personal injury to felony criminal defense.  Today, Mr. Gullette's main practice areas revolve around family law, estate planning and criminal defense.
              In addition to his private practice, Mr. Gullette serves as the City Attorney for the City of Wilmore, Kentucky.Mr. Gullette is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. Mr. Gullette is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and is President of the Jessamine County Bar Association.

Gullette & Gullette, P.S.C. maintains two distinct litigation practice areas that service our clients' divergent needs. On the one side, the firm's individual legal services which serves  those who need representation in a variety of matters, including divorce proceedings, adoption, child custody, support and time sharing proceedings, as well as felony, misdemeanor and traffic matters. On the other side, the needs of businesses and corporate entities are addressed through representation of debtors and creditors in Chapter 7, 11, 12 or 13 bankruptcy proceedings as well as representing individuals and corporate clients in complex state and federal civil litigation. While each of the attorney's at Gullette & Gullette, P.S.C. have their own general practice areas, the firm's underlying philosophy is for all attorneys to have a working knowledge of the others cases in order to provide timely service of the highest quality.

years as a trained paralegal in law offices, a part of which she spent working in a mid-size Lexington law firm dedicating 4 years to their family law practice.

Ms. Prinssen spent the next 6-years of her paralegal career as a contract specialist working for clinical research organizations.  In that capacity, she was responsible for contract negotiation and managing the contract execution timelines for both large and small clinical studies for pharmaceutical companies.
                Additionally, Ms. Prinssen brings 11 years of experience as contracts administrator working in intellectual property law responsible for drafting and negotiating software license agreements for a multi-million dollar computer hardware/software company and ensuring contract compliance.
