Robert L. Gullette III received a Bachelor of Science from the College of Charleston in South Carolina and his Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University in Indiana. After completing his education, Mr. Gullette returned to his hometown of Nicholasville, Kentucky to start his solo practice. As a solo practitioner, Mr. Gullette handled a wide range of matters from wrongful death and personal injury to felony criminal defense. Today, Mr. Gullette's main practice areas revolve around family law, estate planning and criminal defense.
Mr. Gullette is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. Mr. Gullette is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and is President of the Jessamine County Bar Association.

A native of Jessamine County and graduate of the University of Kentucky Law School, Constance Grayson returned two years ago to join the family practice of Gullette & Grayson, PSC. She brought with her extensive experience in the general practice of law, with an emphasis on business matters. As an associate attorney with English, McCaughan & O'Bryan in Fort Lauderdale, FL, Constance had primary responsibility for representing banking clients in both bankruptcy and general litigation matters. She also served on that firm's practice development and hiring committees. Subsequently, Constance was the partner in charge of the litigation department with Schantz, Schatzman & Aaronson in Miami, Florida. In this position, she was responsible for monitoring all on-going business, bankruptcy and construction litigation matters.
Constance has extensive trial experience in civil, domestic and criminal matters. She served for three years as the assistant public defender for Crittenden County, Arkansas and for five years as the chief deputy prosecuting attorney for Poinsett County, Arkansas.
Constance is currently admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Kentucky and the Eastern District of Arkansas as well as the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for each of those districts. She is admitted to practice in Arkansas and Kentucky.
